Great service provided. I scheduled a service inspection one morning for an afternoon appointment. I was promptly given an appt time the same day. I came in and expected to b I scheduled a service inspection one morning for an afternoon appointment. I was promptly given an appt time the same day. I came in and expected to be pressured into purchasing anything and everything that may be "found wrong" with the vehicle. However, to my surprise, I was given a small list of items that were found that needed future attention. I was very pleased since I am a new Hyundai owner and learned they have low maintenance necassary. When the list of maintenance work needed was brought out, the rep stressed that "none of these items are absolutely crucial right now. Let me make you a copy to take home and discuss with your husband first". That meant alot to me as the previous dealership I dealt with forced alot of service work on me and needed decisions in a split second. It was a great experience and I loved finding out what is wrong, then being able to schedule a day depending on the amount of work and planning ahead (while not having my toddler with me). Great job! More

First impression that made us go back We were searching for a pre owned a few months back and we went with another dealership but when they brought the car that we were interested in it w We were searching for a pre owned a few months back and we went with another dealership but when they brought the car that we were interested in it was atrocious.They didn't even bother to clean it. and recommended we come back in an hour and it will be ready, needless to say we didn't. We decided to go to Allen Hundai but at the time the selection of preowned vehicles were limited but we met Kimberly and really liked her. She was not overbearing and actually cared about our needs. She gave us her card and even called when she thought there was a car in our price range. Speed up to the new year my husband and I discussed it and really wanted to go back to Allen Hundai and meet with her again. she was kind of taken back that we remembered her but we knew she would treat us right. Needless to say she took care of us, got us a great deal on our 2012 Sonata. I am recommending her to all our friends and family. Thanks Kimberly for making us feel like we mattered. In a matter of 25 minutes or less, they had changed my oil, rotated my tires and replaced two filters. Saw the filters and they needed it. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. That is why I keep coming back from Waveland, MS for car servicing. More

So I bought my car last March dare to death making that big decision all by myself but I had Kimberly there and the rest of the staff making my experience wonderful. When my son and his new bride decided to purchase a new car I recommended Kimberly. December 2014 I drove away a brand new Car. I received $100 for referring them to let Kimberly sell them a car. This past week my daughter went to see Kimberly and she treated her just as awesome as she treated the rest of us and my daughter drove away in a beautiful newer car. Once again Kimberly took care of my family and we are all happy campers. And once again I am getting another $100 for referring my daughter to her.
