Slow service Arrived and was quoted 1 hr to 1 hr and 15 min for an oil change. As of 1 hr and 15 min was told that they had not even started working on my Jeep so Arrived and was quoted 1 hr to 1 hr and 15 min for an oil change. As of 1 hr and 15 min was told that they had not even started working on my Jeep so I took my Jeep and left. This is not the first time the service has been inadequate and slow. Every time I go it’s the same experience. Last time, I waited over two hours before being told they mixed my ticket up with another and had me as not waiting on my vehicle (which I was) so nothing had been done. Poor communication among service team and between service team and customers. More

30k Service I called to make an appointment to bring my 2018 Ram 3500 in for the 30k mile maintenance. I was connected with Joe Miller, my service advisor. I st I called to make an appointment to bring my 2018 Ram 3500 in for the 30k mile maintenance. I was connected with Joe Miller, my service advisor. I started with my name and went on to explain that I needed the 30k maintenance - he said "you have the 4wd megacab, correct? and you do alot of hauling with it, let me pull the routine maintenance schedule and let's see what exactly we need to get you in here for" - Joe scheduled my appointment, took care of me upon arrival, and had my truck ready when he said it would be ready. He didn't try to convince to me have any sort of services or maintenance that my truck didn't need, I was impressed with his ability to recall my vehicle, what I use it for, etc just by telling him my name. I really like that I've had the same advisor each time that I've brought my truck to them, it's so much more convenient to work with someone that knows your vehicle and it's service history with them. More

SERVICES were great. Wasn't pleased with the results of the lifetime warranty. Felt like it could have been explained more in depth at the time of purchase. Even to that point when I spoke with some guy at Chrysler he refused to let me speak with his supervisor as if though he was the CEO of the company. But as far as Salisbury everything was handled quite well and I highly recommend their services. More

I don’t know if there was a competent employee in the entire building, but the worst ones were the women at the cashier desk. They were rude and condescending for no reason, and were unwilling to help when I asked. As it turns out, there was some confusion among the staff that resulted in me waiting for more than 30 mins just to get my keys back after the work was completed. I didn’t get the names of the cashiers, but the one with the shorter hair and tattoos needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY for her poor attitude , rudeness, and unwillingness to help. More
