You guys need a better system I spent entirely too much money for my vehicle to still have to same issue. I had to come twice and pay for 2 different things to be done, only to be I spent entirely too much money for my vehicle to still have to same issue. I had to come twice and pay for 2 different things to be done, only to be told I would need to bring it a third time and pay more money to have the initial issue fixed. You guys have a machine for a reason. You charge fees to put the vehicles on the machine to figure out what is wrong. What if I had not let you guys service it and I would’ve taken it somewhere else to get fixed? Based on your readings, the actual issue was not detected and my car would still not be fixed. When paying for a service, especially the amount being paid, you expect it to be fixed. I was told the issue was not detect and had to be manually found. Why wasn’t it manually checked in the beginning? How do I know that after the third time, that that is really the issue? Almost $1000 being paid is ridiculous and for nothing. So disappointed in this service. My car is still driving the exact same before the $1000 smh. More

Terrible Jeep has 36k miles. Y’all said my tires were bad that y’all could order new ones. All 4 tires has little chunks of rubber pealing, never did anyone me Jeep has 36k miles.
