Stuck in Baton Rouge I was driving from VA to TX and my wheel blew out from my truck on a Sunday. Before the shop opened up the service advisor Joe contacted me about my v I was driving from VA to TX and my wheel blew out from my truck on a Sunday. Before the shop opened up the service advisor Joe contacted me about my vehicle. He explained about me moving the truck in the bay, which I had done. Let me tell you, Joe is freakin awesome and so is the mechanic that worked on my truck. My insurance company had me stranded in Baton Rouge waiting on them to show up. Joe had the parts on standby while we waited for the insurance people. Joe dealt with me calling him a million times a day and made sure I was back on the road as soon as possible. I wish this was the service center I had back in Richmond. Awesome people! Thank you again More
