Double Check The Tire Pressures My only issue is the over inflation of my four tires. The recommendation for tire inflation is posted on the inside of the door frame. It specifical My only issue is the over inflation of my four tires. The recommendation for tire inflation is posted on the inside of the door frame. It specifically states 36 pounds of air pressure when the tires are cold. My instrumentation panel immediately showed that the tires had been inflated to 40 pounds of pressure and when the tires heated up exceeded 42 PSI. Needless to say I had to pull over and take the 4 pounds of pressure out because the vehicle rode like a truck and there was no adsorption of the bumps on the perfectly maintained roads in Baton Rouge. The 40 PSI is for the spare tire. The technician may have been confused and or did not read this recommendation correctly. Perhaps a little more training would help. Last the car smelled of gasoline when I picked it up. The floor still had the paper on the floor, so perhaps this contributed to the smell. I am a bit of a clean freak to this bugged me. More

It took them a bit longer than initially expected (about 45min-1hr), but not totally surprising with so many in front of me. The associates & CSR weren't rude but weren't really friendly either. I will try a different time or maybe it was just busy. More

I bought a lemon! I will never own a Ram vehicle again! In 8 months I bought my truck in 9 different times to be serviced. The cam bolt was broke on the left rear axl I will never own a Ram vehicle again! In 8 months I bought my truck in 9 different times to be serviced. The cam bolt was broke on the left rear axle when I drove it off the lot. I had to bring it back two weeks later to be fixed. It seemed like every couple hundred miles the check engine light would come on. Kenny Broussard was my salesman. After the first couple of times I bought the truck in he stopped answering my phone calls or replying to my text. Joe Miller was great when I could get him on the phone. He was a tremendous help and always took care of me. However, he is completely overloaded and needs help with all the diesel vehicles. It took an act of congress to get a loaner vehicle or a rental whenever I had to put my truck in the shop to be serviced. The last time I bought my truck into the shop I decided it would be my last trip to the service department with this truck. I drove the truck off the lot directly to All Star Chevrolet and traded it in on a 2019 Z71 Silverado. My new truck is amazing! I will never own another RAM truck and I will certainly never purchase another vehicle from Salsbury's Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM again! I will also warn everyone that I come in contact with that ask where my RAM 2500 truck is, that it was a complete piece of garbage and I will never own one again! More
