Ridiculous I will never again by a car from this dealership or bring my car for service they are! Despite after being told on the phone in over a text message t I will never again by a car from this dealership or bring my car for service they are! Despite after being told on the phone in over a text message that my part was in once I went to get it no one could find it and no one knew what I was talking about. Once it did finally come in they told me that my labor was going to be waived due to all of the confusion and frustration. However when we go to get it put on they told me again they did not know what we were talking about and that no one ever told us that! More

Tire repair Took 2 hours to get a repair for a nail in my tire. They did not ev n put the spare tire back in its storage location. I told them the problem and they still got it wrong. I brought the vehicle into service shop with bad fuel pump. Second Jeep Cherokee in our fleet with the same problem. They told me the "diagnostic" sho I brought the vehicle into service shop with bad fuel pump. Second Jeep Cherokee in our fleet with the same problem. They told me the "diagnostic" shows a bad battery. Told them its the fuel pump. Two days later went to pick up Jeep and they tell me they now have to replace the fuel pump.....another 3 days in the shop. Would be nice to have a good "mechanic" in Baton Rouge instead of "technicians". More

Air Bag Recall Scheduling was smooth. Took vehicle promptly at the scheduled time and service was fairly quick. The only negative was when told that the air bag inst Scheduling was smooth. Took vehicle promptly at the scheduled time and service was fairly quick. The only negative was when told that the air bag installation may result in a broken or cracked dash board which Salisbury would not be responsible for. Fortunately that did not happen. More
