Professional, knowledgable, efficient. This is the second time I have had my 2012 Dodge truck in for service at Salsbury's, both times Mrs. Amy Wilson handled everything from start to finis This is the second time I have had my 2012 Dodge truck in for service at Salsbury's, both times Mrs. Amy Wilson handled everything from start to finish. On both occasions Mrs. Wilson was very knowledgeable in the diagnosis of the issues and exactly what it took to repair it and when it would be ready. My truck is covered by an extended warranty, the truck was ready but there was an issue with the warranty company, Mrs. Wilson made calls on my behalf and got it worked out. Great service, no complaints at all. More

not impressed I kept putting off safety recalls until my GPS/back-up camera started to malfunction. I contacted Salsbury (where i purchased my vehicle) and was abl I kept putting off safety recalls until my GPS/back-up camera started to malfunction. I contacted Salsbury (where i purchased my vehicle) and was able to get vehicle turned in promptly. My seat settings were messed up, the backup camera still has a delay before coming on. The climate control doesnt come on automatically, i have to put the jeep in drive and travel some distance before it allows me to switch over. It has a warning that keeps popping up saying contact dealer to reset phone. Clearly my vehicle was not ran through a proper check-out/diagnostic or these problems would've been identified/solved.
