Recall part replacement I called approx 1 week in advance to try to schedule the Recall part replacement. But due to my work schedule it would have to be a Saturday. Roger with Salsbury called me within a few minutes and was encouraging to accommodate my timeline. He advised they had the part and even suggested that I could arrive before 7am on the following Saturday, I should be taken care of. On both occasions Mrs. Wilson was very knowledgeable in the diagnosis of the issues and exactly what it took to repair it and when it would be ready. My truck is covered by an extended warranty, the truck was ready but there was an issue with the warranty company, Mrs. Wilson made calls on my behalf and got it worked out. Great service, no complaints at all. More
