A/C not charged i went to charge my A/C they told me the suction line was leaking and it was not leaking before i got there but when i left after being charged 600.00 i went to charge my A/C they told me the suction line was leaking and it was not leaking before i got there but when i left after being charged 600.00 to recharge the a/cit lasted a half a day so i ordered a suction hose and and brought my truck to brother in law being a mechanic for 25 years he put the hose on 3 cans of that xxxxty freon it still not cooling right More

Although the dealership admitted causing additional damage, they did not charge for the replacement part . Now for the bad: The initial diagnosis was wrong or incomplete, the second diagnosis was wrong and the test drive overlooked a warning light and failure to solve the problem. Technician damaged a part during the final successful repair (but I was not charged for the replacement part). Eventual repair took 3 visits over 3 weeks. More

True to their word ! I called to make an appointment to have my Jeep recall taken care of and Roger in the service department informed me to " just bring it in and it shou I called to make an appointment to have my Jeep recall taken care of and Roger in the service department informed me to " just bring it in and it should not take long at all". He informed me it usually takes around 30 minutes ! I arrived and there were several cars ahead of me in line checking in and they had several employees working with all the cars in line . It was very impressive and organized with how they handled everyone in line. There was probably 10 to 12 cars deep in line. I was in and out in about an hour tops ! Great service and a great staff ! More
