Professional/Courteous Service I have a 2008 PT Cruiser with low mileage that I purchased from out-of-state following the loss of another in the 2016 Flood. The maintenance service I have a 2008 PT Cruiser with low mileage that I purchased from out-of-state following the loss of another in the 2016 Flood. The maintenance service is fast, and any repairs that have been required have been well-explained in advance. All questions have been thoroughly and professionally answered. So far, I have not had a recurrence of any problems with any of the PT Cruisers I have owned over the years and had serviced. The regular maintenance along with inspections have provided confidence that my PTC is as safe and road-worthy as possible. The entire staff at Salsbury's is always courteous and respectful. Conversations are friendly. All areas are clean. The interior of the car is protected from work-related debris and stains, and the exterior is not harmed. I feel as though the state and condition of my car is valued by the staff. Roger Rivet has been my go-to service manager for years, dating back to when he was at AK Durnin and Brian Harris when those dealerships handled Chrysler automobiles. He always responds to my calls or texts quickly, and he always answers any questions I have. More

Jack Crowder goes the extra mile Jack Crowder has made my last two service experiences at Salsbury very enjoyable. When they found a nail in my tire he brought me out to show me, and Jack Crowder has made my last two service experiences at Salsbury very enjoyable. When they found a nail in my tire he brought me out to show me, and get my opinion on how to fix it. He then priced out a new tire and went over their upcoming tire sale. My recent experience 7/9/19, Jack met me at my vehicle, went over recall procedures and was very upfront about the wait time on an oil change (busy day). Jack is very personable and seems to truly value relationships with his customers(unlike some people who talk down to customers when they have an issue with their vehicle). I overheard him helping another lady with her Jeep tires, who did not know much about maintaining her vehicle. I will continue to get my vehicle serviced at the dealership and prefer to have Jack as my Service Consultant. More
2014 Jeep Rubicon We have brought the 2014 Jeep Rubicon in at least 3 times due to an engine light, under warranty, and the issue is still not resolved. The last time, We have brought the 2014 Jeep Rubicon in at least 3 times due to an engine light, under warranty, and the issue is still not resolved. The last time, they did give us a rental car, but at 5:45 PM they called us to return the rental because the Jeep was ready, but Enterprise closes at 6:30 PM. We had to leave work to return the rental by 6:30 PM and when we got to the Salsbury by 7 PM - no keys at reception. It took almost an hour to get the keys to go home. Guess what? The red engine light is still on. It has been unbelievable. The people have been nice, but they still have not fixed the Jeep. More

warranty work had to have my armrest in back seat corrected along with tensioner pulley and belt all paid for by jeep.
