Rudeness Abounds Here Dawn in service is rude and will lie to your face. Told me that she had to have the key (it’s push start) because it had to be locked until it was in Dawn in service is rude and will lie to your face. Told me that she had to have the key (it’s push start) because it had to be locked until it was in the shop, the fob was inside the car, gave her the keys, she never locked my car, it sat outside for a good bit, then when was brought back out, was left unlocked in the lot again. Will never use this place again. Charges $48 to change an air filter to boot! More

Good service, long wait Went in to get punctured tire repaired and have a safety recall inspection completed. My service adviser, Roger stayed on top of updates with my vehicle. I still waited a few minutes shy of 7 hours for what I was told was expected to be no more than 3 hours. The customer lounge was a big upgrade from the old dealership, but not a place I wanted to spend 7 hours of my day off in. More

Poor communication I was told to bring my car in at 730am. When I had not heard anything by 3 pm I called and was told that they hadn't gotten to my car yet. When I got I was told to bring my car in at 730am. When I had not heard anything by 3 pm I called and was told that they hadn't gotten to my car yet. When I got a call back I was told that they had diagnosed the problem and had the parts on hand but would not get to it until the next day. As I had to be someplace the next morning I had to make some quick arrangements to get a car. More
