Unorganized,and slow. Went in Saturday morning (arrived 7:10- left 10:00am). Went in for oil change, and tire repair. Once they took my car back for service, I expected to maybe wait for an hour, which turned into almost 3. No one even came and told me what was done to my car. The cashier called me and said my car was ready. Normally someone goes over my service. Cashier seemed like she wasn’t sure what she was charging me for. I had to ask her if she was sure of my total. When I got To my car, I noticed All 4 tire pressure readings were showing really low and all at different numbers. I let The inside desk know and they asked me to wait again, so that they could take my car back again to check on my tire pressure. They brought my car back to me with the air pressure fixed. Didn’t they check that on the multi point inspection that I paid For? Everyone in the service center was really friendly, but it would have paired better if someone checked on me at least once. Nothing about the service stood out for me. The new building is beautiful, but that’s not enough for me to trust the service anymore. I will come back for one more oil change, maybe it was just an off morning? But I want to try again. More
Horrible Had to fight each time for them not to just clear the check engine light off and actually look for the problem. It seemed every time I came I was an inconvenience for them. Also when you drop the vehicle off they hope you have a ride so they will not have to offer one when your vehicle has to stay after. My truck was in the shop 5 times since November and the problem was never solved. I will never own a dodge again. More
