Just a complete joyful experience! I can’t explain it. But from the very beginning. Just by chance I stopped at Salisbury to get a look at their vehicles while passing through. From that moment until now, nothing but respect for the people there. They “all” have been a privilege to speak to each and every time. The way they treat you is top notch! Also, the service has been great, only 1 follow up visit so far due to recall and minor issues, but treated 1st class. Love the new facility. Can’t hardly wait to have to buy another vehicle, lol. Just a share... Salsbury beat all the other Dodge dealerships as well, not just the brand X’s. Thank you Salsbury Team! (5* 1st Class) More
Van was miss firing they fixed it !! I would have given them a 5 star but I just felt that I had over paid for what I got done .. They had to diagnose what was wrong and it proved to be sparkplugs and coils ...pretty elementary stuff but the final price was high and I felt like I wAS paying for someone to learn how to diagnose this problem .. I felt like an educated tech should recognize when sparkplugs are bad.. I mean we changed those in highschool.. My van is 10 years old and they have kept it running and my wife is happy .so I will be back More
Charged for something I didn't ask for. I came here for the first time yesterday and asked for an oil change. The gentleman checking me in at that point said something along the lines of "ok I came here for the first time yesterday and asked for an oil change. The gentleman checking me in at that point said something along the lines of "okay we'll get you an oil change and tire rotation" in such a way that I assumed the tire rotation came with the oil change (which is the case for most places that offer an expensive oil change service - like a dealership). Well - the tire rotation was not included according to my receipt. I also told the guy that I had new tires on the back of the jeep, so they needed to stay on the back axle. He didn't do that, which makes my car less safe to drive. All in all - you really couldn't have done much worse of a job on earning my repeat business. More

We have a Chrysler Town and Country with Good Sam Service coverage, both we like very much, but we have had poor experiences with dealer service, until we went to Salsbury. Yes! This is the way service should be! Tim Huffstutter's handling of our car service, which was extensive and took several days, was everything any customer could ever hope to enjoy. Tim shepherded us and our car through all of it. He pays close attention to detail, gets things right the first time and sees to it that everything that needs to get done does get done, on time and at the quoted price. He is also a very nice man. No one could ask for anything more. Service operator Sherry Schiro does a lot more that just be friendly and polite on the phone when we called, which was often, day after day, because Good Sam is in Colorado, where the blizzard caused a 100-car interstate pileup, businesses had to close and the fire department was out rescuing the police stuck in the snow. Consequently, getting an authorization number for the work was a little problematic. Sherry and Sherri Falcon, who steps in as needed, are both superb representatives for the Salsbury dealerships service. Everything at Salsbury, which has recently moved into new buildings in its new location, is well-thought out and convenient for customers. Leah Salsbury is continuing her family's long-established commitment to excellence, with this and their other dealerships. Salsbury offers old, traditional values in a new setting with people we can trust. Delightful! More
