Very friendly and knowledgeable staff but long wait I went in for an oil change and was notified by an associate that my tires and other issues were identified during the multi point inspection. Those i I went in for an oil change and was notified by an associate that my tires and other issues were identified during the multi point inspection. Those items either need to be addressed now or in the near future. The associate explained to me the options I had efficiently and we were able to agree on a path forward. Overall, great customer service, the service area was very nicely kept and my ram 1500 is running great! The only reason I rated this 3 stars is because the wait was over 3 hours and i showed up 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment. More

Tire rotation and oil change 234 dollars for an oil change and tire rotation. So pissed off don’t even know if recall was evening done.
