Jeep Wrangle - Leaking Roof 2017 Jeep Wrangler. I've taken the Jeep in 4 times (within about 4 weeks) and they were unable to stop the water leak. It's now as bad, if not worse 2017 Jeep Wrangler. I've taken the Jeep in 4 times (within about 4 weeks) and they were unable to stop the water leak. It's now as bad, if not worse than the first time I took it in. Several gaskets have been replaced, which have made both front doors difficult to close, and it still leaks. I'm now being asked to bring it in for a 5th time. I have no doubt they will not fix the problem. This is my first Jeep vehicle and my first experience with a Jeep service department. As you can imagine, I have been very disappointed with my purchase. If Jeep had any pride with their reputation, they would have apologized for the quality of this vehicle and replaced it after the 4th attempt. Think about how much time I've wasted dropping off and picking up this vehicle 4 times, and it still leaks! Jeep has made NO effort to "make this right". No free oil change, nothing. Very poor quality and service. More

Horrible The service was horrible after my car was finish during my payment the cashier mixed my ticket with another ticket which I found out she was new. But they had to cancel and refund my payment which ended up with me paying for two 76$ oil changes. Even though they said it would take 2-3 days for me to be refunded. I would not be coming back. Should of went to WALMART So my wife takes our 2016 challenger SRT in for an oil change. What better place to take it to than the dealership we bought it from , right ? WRONG ! So my wife takes our 2016 challenger SRT in for an oil change. What better place to take it to than the dealership we bought it from , right ? WRONG !!! Well it took 2.5 hours to change the oil in “the fast lane” after they told her “they weren’t very busy because of the holiday”. 30 minutes of that was due to misplacing our lug key ! A couple days later I decided to check under the hood and found that one of the valve wire covers were missing and an air intake hose that they installed was not mine, but in fact one that was much older and not cared for at all. There was orange dust or rust resin inside and outside of this hose that they put back on my car. There was no evidence of orange dust or rust on anything else around under my hood or that was involved with this hose assembly. I am not happy with this service department, they will have to make this right before they earn my trust again. .I SHOULD OF WENT TO WALMART ! More

Slow service this day It took 1 1/2 hours for an oil change at your “Express Lube.” 😣 Not sure why, but this is not what I deem “express.” Last time I in/out in 1/2 hour.
