Up all nite My car was towed in to be repaired. I was called the next day to pick it up. I work out of town so I went get it at 8:30pm. I left the dealership and My car was towed in to be repaired. I was called the next day to pick it up. I work out of town so I went get it at 8:30pm. I left the dealership and drove approximately 10 miles only to have the same problem. I had to call Roadside assistance again. They picked up my car after 11 PM. I was called again to pick it up the next day. Everything is working fine ! More

Great service I bought a 2019 Ram limited in August of 2018. The service department has done a great job and always does they listen to my concerns and issues. I ha I bought a 2019 Ram limited in August of 2018. The service department has done a great job and always does they listen to my concerns and issues. I have the ability to email my service writer at anytime with questions or concerns. Even though I have had continuous Issues and the service department has done everything in their power to fix the issues I don’t have a problem with them at all. My issue is with the STAR group and the product overall. I understand they have certain guidelines they have to follow. They do everything in their power to fix and take care of me every time I come in. More
