Jeep Wrangler - Leaking Roof (5 repairs) - Still leaking I've brought in my 2017 Jeep Wrangler 5 times to have them repair water leaks in the roof, and it still leaks. That last time they tried to repair th I've brought in my 2017 Jeep Wrangler 5 times to have them repair water leaks in the roof, and it still leaks. That last time they tried to repair the leaks, they brought in a factory trained Zone Tech Advisor. Now, the roof leaks as bad as it did the first time I brought it in AND they cracked my windshield. Of course Roger in the service department claims they had nothing to do with the cracked windshield. Each time, after they repair the leaks, they claim to have tested the roof and found no leaks. But some how, each time I pick up the vehicle and test it myself (with a water hose), it still leaks. I recognize it's not Salsbury's fault the roof leaks on my 2017 Jeep Wrangler. However, the way their service department has handled the repair work has been poor, at best. More

The team member literally met me at my truck as soon as I pulled up to ask," how cou My experience at Salsbury Dodge service department was excellent. The team member literally met me at my truck as soon as I pulled up to ask," how could he help?" I was there for my first oil change. As the guy was checking me in, he let me know that I had a recall and if I had time that they would fix that while they had my truck in the back. I didn't know I had a recall. Anyway, within one and one half hours, I was leaving with a fresh oil change, multi-point inspection, and a repaired recall. I will definitely be returning. More

However I didnt get a review of on 21 point inspection until I requested it when I was called to the ser The guy that checked me in is always awesome. I do not believe the mechanics or whatever their title is do a thorough job of checking all thing listed on the inspection sheet. I'm not sure if they check anything actually. I know for certain that all things should not be perfect/in the green with my car but everything came back in the green. More
