On both occasions Mrs. Wilson was very knowledgeable in the diagnosis of the issues and exactly what it took to repair it and when it would be ready. My truck is covered by an extended warranty, the truck was ready but there was an issue with the warranty company, Mrs. Wilson made calls on my behalf and got it worked out.
