Some sales people have no idea about the workings and details of the engines, etc. of what they are selling. Gus knew the vehicle better than most sales people. When I wanted to know about the torque of the engine he knew exactly what I was talking about and gave me the facts. To me a sales person should know something about the vehicle he is selling and Gus did. When I had questions about something after I purchased the vehicle he made sure that my questions were answered. I feel like I could call him at anytime with any question and he would make sure it was answered. He was the type of person that makes you want to stop in, say hi, and drink a cup of coffee with. I am 68 years old and have bought new vehicles my whole life and I think he was the most pleasant sales person I have ever dealt with. More
