Always great to see a friend, he gave me a tour of the NEW facility and showed me the incredible new customer waiting area. Was the best experience I have ever had with a dealer I was on vacation and my cars clutch went out and they were able help me into a brand new 2019 ram truck, take the car off my hands and get it so I wa I was on vacation and my cars clutch went out and they were able help me into a brand new 2019 ram truck, take the car off my hands and get it so I was no longer upside down in a vehicle loan. I cant thank the salesmen Joe Willams and Victor Adewuyi enough for making it all possible and the finance department for working with me, not playing any games ,just being up front and getting me out of a bad situation. It took a while to get it all done since I was from out of state but they still managed to get all the paperwork, taxes and everything else I needed ready to get back home. I will be traveling back to Salsbury Dodge for another brand new truck next time I need one. More
