My recent experience 7/9/19, Jack met me at my vehicle, went over recall procedures and was very upfront about the wait time on an oil change (busy day). Jack is very personable and seems to truly value relationships with his customers(unlike some people who talk down to customers when they have an issue with their vehicle). I overheard him helping another lady with her Jeep tires, who did not know much about maintaining her vehicle. I will continue to get my vehicle serviced at the dealership and prefer to have Jack as my Service Consultant. More
