Lack of Comm/Ongoing Brought my Durango in originally for a rattling noise coming from passenger side when going over 70 mph. Bought this new Durango from Salsbury and now Brought my Durango in originally for a rattling noise coming from passenger side when going over 70 mph. Bought this new Durango from Salsbury and now only has 5,000 miles on it. Told the service dept the noise can be heard when going over 70 mph. I waited approx 4 hrs (also got an oil change) for Mike (service dept) to tell me they were almost done and parts would have to be ordered for the issue. When the services were done, I was then told by Mike no issue could be found with the rattling. When I questioned where they test drove it, was told on the highway at 45-55 mph. I reitetated that it needed to be driven on the interstate over 70 Mph. When I drove it with another serviceman (Chris) on the interstate, the rattling was heard. I was asked to either stay longer to have them pull things apart or to come back in soon and was offered a rental from Enterprise. I came in another morning, got the rental and was then called that afternoon and told they found the source of the rattle and to return the rental the following morning (I live almost 2 hrs away) bc they had to order the parts and would call when they would come in (3-5 business days). So I drove the rental back in the day after getting it and am waiting now for the call to bring back in my Durango to again sit and wait half a day for it to be fixed. More hassle on my part with driving numerous times back and forth to the dealership....not worth it and will use another closer dealership in the future (hopefully with better communication and consideration). Assuming they wanted me to return the rental bc they didn’t want to pay the 3-5 business days of it while the part came in....for a brand new vehicle I just bought off their lot. More

Warranty Service We are the Office of Juvenile Justice and have several vehicles we bring to the service center. Staff is very rude when anyone calls about our vehicle We are the Office of Juvenile Justice and have several vehicles we bring to the service center. Staff is very rude when anyone calls about our vehicles and status thereof. They constantly cannot find paperwork. They always state there is a problem when we drop a car off whether it's with an appointment or something else. And they are completely disorganized. They do not honor the online appt. system. I would never recommend this dealership. We only go here based on warranty but will attempt to take all repairs to Gerry Lane. More

My salesman was Gus and he had to be the nicest and most caring person I have ever met in the car sales industry. He made sure I was completely happy and knowledgeable about my purchase even after the sale was done. Not like other places that just hand over keys and tell you good day.
