The Jeep dealership in North Carolina where we were was able to get it to reproduce jumping out of first and reverse. They have two other jeeps that are experiencing the same issue. Jeep does not know how to fix this. The dealership in North Carolina was awesome but we were moving here to Baton Rouge so we couldn’t leave the Jeep with them to fix it because it is still unknown what is causing it. We are working with Jeep corporate to try and resolve the issue and get it fixed. The lady at jeep corporate said you have the best transmission tech in the area. You were supposed to contact us to set up an appointment but never did. She contacted the area manager and we were finally able to get an appointment. The day of the appointment my wife showed up and you could not find the appointment. The area manager called and then you were all helpful like. Got the Jeep in and my wife got a rental. Kept it one day. Called my wife and said you could not get it to jump out. Asked my wife to come drive it while the mechanic rode along. That is so insulting. Silly girl you don’t know how to shift is the take away from that communication. If you were the only Jeep dealer in 500 miles I would drive 501 miles to get my next jeep. I gave you one star because zero stars was not an option. More
