They didn’t just sell me a truck, they made me feel comfortable. The first place I went to was Jerry Lane, it was horrible. It left me thinking all dealerships are terrible. That is not true at all! Fingers Crossed My Jeep towed back to Salsbury Friday (3/8) for noticing two fluid spots under my Jeep on late Thursday (3/7) evening from having it supposedly fixed My Jeep towed back to Salsbury Friday (3/8) for noticing two fluid spots under my Jeep on late Thursday (3/7) evening from having it supposedly fixed Wednesday (3/6). Dealership could find nothing leaking. Drove Jeep Saturday (3/9) Jeep still giving warning that was suppose to have been fixed on Wednesday. It was a while (15 or 20 minutes) before I could start my Jeep so when it started -took it to the dealership and they found nothing wrong. Monday (3/11) took it to the dealership and they discovered my battery was bad/needed to replace it. Replaced it where purchased as advised that Monday. Made 4 stops/errands after replacing battery on Monday and had problem at all 4 stops/errands. On Tuesday (3/12) had problem at second stop of the day. Just gave the dealership close to $600.00 I feel for nothing because I still having the problem with my Jeep. I have taken their advice and done what was suggested by the dealership and still dealing with the original problem (vehicle not wanting to start - giving a warning). I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and on blood pressure medicine - waiting for my Jeep to have me stranded because it was not fixed by the dealership. If I have it towed, where can I have it towed to when the dealership is not able to fix it. My Jeep is my only means of transportation. More

Brought back too many times I have an under warranty issue and I have been brought my vehicle back 3 separate times for the problem not to be fixed. I am not sure if this is a J I have an under warranty issue and I have been brought my vehicle back 3 separate times for the problem not to be fixed. I am not sure if this is a Jeep problem or the dealership problem but it is very frustrating bringing back a 6 month old car to the dealership 4 times in a month and a half. Next time I will try a different dealership. More
