Pleased with the dealership but not the salesman I was appalled by the fact that I was there for over an hour and a half and not shown the vehicle that we were there to see (buy). The salesman was sh I was appalled by the fact that I was there for over an hour and a half and not shown the vehicle that we were there to see (buy). The salesman was shoving papers for us to sign with out telling us anything and not answering any of our questions. It was dark outside (9pm) by the time I was able to look at the car was repeatedly told this was a new car deal not used however the following morning I discovered stains on the seats passanger speaker busted out knicks in the paint in multiple places that cannot be buffed out a dent on driver back door radio was messed up (the car was a demo). The over 4000 miles that were put on the car before I got in it is being included on my warranty and it shouldn't be. I was also not allowed to be present when they were looking at my car for an appraisal for the trade in and the salesman wouldn't answer any kind of questions that we asked. The only reason why we did go through with the deal is because of Mr. Harley he was very helpful and was able answer every question we had. If he didn't know the answer he found out for us before saying anything. Whether I become a return customer and reccomend your dealership is solely on the response from this survey/questionnaire and the phone call I make tomorrow morning. More
Should of went to WALMART So my wife takes our 2016 challenger SRT in for an oil change. What better place to take it to than the dealership we bought it from , right ? WRONG ! So my wife takes our 2016 challenger SRT in for an oil change. What better place to take it to than the dealership we bought it from , right ? WRONG !!! Well it took 2.5 hours to change the oil in “the fast lane” after they told her “they weren’t very busy because of the holiday”. 30 minutes of that was due to misplacing our lug key ! A couple days later I decided to check under the hood and found that one of the valve wire covers were missing and an air intake hose that they installed was not mine, but in fact one that was much older and not cared for at all. There was orange dust or rust resin inside and outside of this hose that they put back on my car. There was no evidence of orange dust or rust on anything else around under my hood or that was involved with this hose assembly. I am not happy with this service department, they will have to make this right before they earn my trust again. .I SHOULD OF WENT TO WALMART ! More

Slow service this day It took 1 1/2 hours for an oil change at your “Express Lube.” 😣 Not sure why, but this is not what I deem “express.” Last time I in/out in 1/2 hour.
