Up all nite My car was towed in to be repaired. I was called the next day to pick it up. I work out of town so I went get it at 8:30pm. I left the dealership and My car was towed in to be repaired. I was called the next day to pick it up. I work out of town so I went get it at 8:30pm. I left the dealership and drove approximately 10 miles only to have the same problem. I had to call Roadside assistance again. They picked up my car after 11 PM. I was called again to pick it up the next day. Everything is working fine ! More

Great service I bought a 2019 Ram limited in August of 2018. The service department has done a great job and always does they listen to my concerns and issues. I have the ability to email my service writer at anytime with questions or concerns. Even though I have had continuous Issues and the service department has done everything in their power to fix the issues I don’t have a problem with them at all. My issue is with the STAR group and the product overall. I understand they have certain guidelines they have to follow. They do everything in their power to fix and take care of me every time I come in. More

Rude Salesman - Brian "Magic" Chandler I found a listing for a truck online this morning. I emailed asking for pictures since none had been posted with the listing. Brian "Magic" Chandler quickly responded with 4 separate emails and no pictures. Again I asked for pictures. Finally he texted me some. When I asked about the price because mileage was high and it had been in an accident, I was told best price was the price listed because mileage was in line for the year and the accident was minor. I clarified the mileage from the given carfax that it had 21K miles/year on it - well above average and close to double. Was immediately met with "Thanks for your time." Done, end of conversation, no attempt to discuss anything further. Simply because I clarified the mileage was not in line with the year. Rude salesman with no will to sell only for people to come buy. While also pushing information that is not true or known. More
