The team member literally met me at my truck as soon as I pulled up to ask," how cou My experience at Salsbury Dodge service department was excellent. The team member literally met me at my truck as soon as I pulled up to ask," how could he help?" I was there for my first oil change. As the guy was checking me in, he let me know that I had a recall and if I had time that they would fix that while they had my truck in the back. I didn't know I had a recall. Anyway, within one and one half hours, I was leaving with a fresh oil change, multi-point inspection, and a repaired recall. I will definitely be returning. More

I do not believe the mechanics or whatever their title is do a thorough job of checking all thing listed on the inspection sheet. I'm not sure if they check anything actually. I know for certain that all things should not be perfect/in the green with my car but everything came back in the green. More
