I started with my name and went on to explain that I needed the 30k maintenance - he said "you have the 4wd megacab, correct? and you do alot of hauling with it, let me pull the routine maintenance schedule and let's see what exactly we need to get you in here for" - Joe scheduled my appointment, took care of me upon arrival, and had my truck ready when he said it would be ready. He didn't try to convince to me have any sort of services or maintenance that my truck didn't need, I was impressed with his ability to recall my vehicle, what I use it for, etc just by telling him my name. I really like that I've had the same advisor each time that I've brought my truck to them, it's so much more convenient to work with someone that knows your vehicle and it's service history with them.
