The advertisements on tv and online convinced me to try Salsbury. * Jarrod Fontentot called me to set up an appointment and when I called him back, he was easily accessible and we agreed on an appointment time. * He took his time to get to know my concerns and needs before trying to put me in cars to make a sale. * He showed me what he thought would be best for me, not what would be best for a sale. I appreciated that. He answered all of my questions on the vehicle that we test drove. * He got me over to the gentleman in finance who was very kind and worked with me. Again, he also took time to get to know me and not just rush though the process. That meant something to me in terms of customer service. * I enjoyed the experience and would recommend both gentlemen to anyone else looking to get info or buy a new vehicle.
