Terrible Brought Jeep in because it would not start, was told it was an internal failure in the power distribution center. Dealership did not give out loaner v Brought Jeep in because it would not start, was told it was an internal failure in the power distribution center. Dealership did not give out loaner vehicles bc apparently that is not something that they do. Had to wait 3 days because truck was delayed with the part needed. Picked vehicle up and 5 days later the same problem occurs. Absolutely ridiculous. More

Very friendly, but main reason for repair not fixed My check in experience was flawless. Everyone was very friendly, and it took less than 10 minutes before I was on my way. When I picked up my vehi My check in experience was flawless. Everyone was very friendly, and it took less than 10 minutes before I was on my way. When I picked up my vehicle, I experienced the same friendly and quick service. I am frustrated because I took the vehicle in to fix 2 problems, and neither of those problems is fixed. It is a disruption for my family's whole day to take the minivan in to the shop 30 minutes away and have to get a ride to and from the dealership. More
