Service Dept. There were delays in getting the parts needed to complete the work. I was originally told my vehicle would be ready the day after I brought it in and There were delays in getting the parts needed to complete the work. The only reason I was aware of what was going on with my vehicle is because I kept calling the service dept. They kept me in the dark which I feel is unprofessional. More

Unprofessional sales staff Absolutely unsatisfactory experience with this dealership. Called first thing in the morning to leave a deposit for a vehicle. Sales person Jason was Absolutely unsatisfactory experience with this dealership. Called first thing in the morning to leave a deposit for a vehicle. Sales person Jason was eager to help me - until he completely disappeared. He said he needs management to price the vehicle, but I am the first in line for it and he entered me in the computer. He assured me that I have the first chance to buy it. Then same day all communication stopped. Receptionist kept saying he is busy and will call me back. After 10 phone calls I was told he will call me 100% by end of the day. Of course no one called me back. Following business day I called and spoke to one of Sales Managers who told me the car was sold in the evening of the day I was trying to buy from them. Super easy transaction for both parties ended up a total failure due to dealership's incompetence. More

Shisters Man i know i have some fault here but i had been up for 28 hrs when we drove by and saw a truck we liked. As much as i wanted to go home i agreed to go look, we have been looking for a truck for a while. I didnt do the normal check out on this thing but i assumed being a new dealership owner they would want to put out a good product for names sake but this truck with 93k miles misses at 1200rpm found a coolant leak the front yoke that goes in to tranny is sloppy and leaking theres no spare tire or jack or tools to get the spare down. I cant believe they put this thing on the lot like this i worked for dealers in the past they were more worried about their reputation than making a few bucks more on a sale, they fixed these kinds of things before putting them out or atleast notifed the buyer. Please watch these guys if i would have went home and got some sleep i would have never bought this truck like it is but i was seeing double and should have waited one but im dumb founded they put this lousy pro uct out with their name on it i wonder if mr. Mat knows this is going on in his place. Never agin will they see me and will spread the word about the quality of their vehicles. More
