I had an overall great experience at Admiral. Initially I was looking for a new car, but opted for a used since the value was much better. I got a terrific deal on a 2 year old Altima that was priced thou I was looking for a new car, but opted for a used since the value was much better. I've been a long time customer of Admiral. The Nissan Murano that I just leased the other day is my 5th car from the dealership and I have always had a good experience with both sales and service over th Murano that I just leased the other day is my 5th car from the dealership and I have always had a good experience with both sales and service over the years. On this particular transaction I was called on the phone by my old friend Ron DeMarchi to be informed of some special deals and treatment for turning over my old Altima lease into a new car and it seemed like a great idea. When I came into the dealership Ron happened to be tied up with another customer but was very quick to refer me to his associate Kevin Brooks who assisted me in making my decision to get the new Murano. Kevin was knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the process. Ron looked in every chance he got to make sure things were progressing well and that I was happy with the service. Between Kevin and Ron I was treated like royalty and ended up with a great car and a great deal. All of the other staff who were involved on the back end of the transaction with the paperwork and financing and getting my insurance changed over, etc were all very cheerful, helpful and made the experience all the more fun and exciting getting into my brand new beautiful car. Ron DeMarchi has been my salesman on a couple transactions over the years and he's always been extremely helpful and a great guy to do business with. WE needed to trade in out truck for something newer. From the moment we pulled into the shop, Ron was right there waiting to help us. He stayed with us for hours while he patiently answered all of my questions and concerns. I have never felt more comfortable buying a used car. We test drove the car and fell in love. Since it was a Friday afternoon when we came in, we needed to come back and fill out remaining paperwork. Ron was right there making calls to keep us updated on the banks and right up until the very last paper was signed. He was nothing but generous and eager to help us fit our needs and we couldn't be more satisfied with Ron and the rest of the staff at Admiral Nissan. I would recommend Ron to everyone I know.
