I knew what car I wanted to look at. John was very easy to deal with: no pressure. We talked about the car, some of the different features, then took one out for a test drive. I told John that I was looking in the near future to buy the car; I was not ready to make the purchase on the day of the initial test drive. He understood, gave me his card. He asked if he could check in in a few weeks or if they dealerhsip got the exact car I wanted in stock. I agreed. The vehicle did come in, but I was still not ready. John was good with that. I called two weeks later to find out if he was going to be at the dealership on a particular day: he was unable to be there but set things up with Ron DeMarchi. Ron, went over everything with me again, making sure I knew about the different features of the car. He took us out for the test drive of the car I eventually purchased. Ron explained how everthing worked, from start to finish about the purchase. The entire process was verty positve and relaxed.
