I knew what car I wanted to look at. John was very easy to deal with: no pressure. We talked about the car, some of the different features, then took one out for a test drive. I called two weeks later to find out if he was going to be at the dealership on a particular day: he was unable to be there but set things up with Ron DeMarchi. Ron, went over everything with me again, making sure I knew about the different features of the car. He took us out for the test drive of the car I eventually purchased.
