John Summers was the worst salesman I every had. He leaves out details and just wants to make a sale. Nissan has an ongoing sale;10,000 for your trade or they'll make your first three payments. At the time I didn't know that it was an ongoing sale and when I found out I asked him why he didn't tell me at the time of my purchase? All he said was he was not obligated. Great customer service John Summers. I knew I wasn't going to get anywhere with him so I had to go over his head. Vince Patermo, general manger, was kind enough to remedy my situation. I shouldn't have to go through what I did because of a selfish salesman. When I get another car or if anyone asks me about Admiral Nissan I will gladly tell them to go to anyone but John Summers. The only reason this review was 5 stars because of Vince Patermo. He knows about customer satisfaction! There shouldn't be people like John Summers on the team. More

Excellent dealership. I found Ron DeMarchi to be especially straightforward and professional. I had a Nissan many years (Sentra, 1990) and had a great experience with the purchase (Woody is his nam especially straightforward and professional. The service department is great. I left Nissan for Honda a few years ago (1999) simply on pricing, Nissan couldn't touch Honda that year, but I am glad to be back. As a previous owner of just cars it became painfully clear that with my 15 year old son's sports that a small SUV would be far more practical. After extensive research of several small SUV's I decided the Rogue was the right choice. I went onto the Nissan site to build my 2012 Nissan Rogue and print out a price guide. I was now ready to go out and find my perfect Rogue. Upon arrival at Admiral Nissan I started walking the lot looking at the available 2012 Rogue's. After checking out all of the Rogue's I walked over to the Volvo's. That's when Hal Silverman walked out of the showroom and approached me to assist me in my search for a Rogue. Hal did inform me that he usually sold Volvo's but that he would be happy to assist me in finding the right Rogue. We walked over to the Rogue's I had previously been looking at and found one that was similar to what I had built online. While I test drove the Rogue Hal did some research so that when I returned he had all of the answers to my questions. I decided that the Rogue was definitely the SUV for me, it's small, sporty, and has great gas mileage! There was only one obstacle in my way Admiral Nissan did not have the exact Rogue that I wanted so Hal immediately started a search. After a few days Hal called with great news they had found my Rogue! I made arrangements to take receipt of my new 2012 Rogue. When I arrived at the dealership to pickup my new Rogue Hal had everything ready. He introduced me to the Bob who would be handling my financing and while I was completing the paperwork with Bob, Hal made sure my Rogue was ready to go including syncing my phone. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience! I love my Rogue!! Thank you Hal, Bob, and Vince! More
My experience with the Nissan Dealership in Egg Harbor Twp was the best! My salesperson was Domenic Macrina, and I have to say that this was the first time that I have ever gone to purchase a car, and did Twp was the best! Dominic asked me what type of car I was looking for, I knew I wanted either the Altima or the Rogue, but I have never owned an SUV before, so I was a little unsure about the Rogue. Domenic took me for a test drive of both, and I just loved the feel of the Rogue. He took us inside, offered us coffee and gave us info on the car, answered all of my questions,and then proceeded with the process. I had decided to lease the car and so Domenic took my information and we waited in the spacious lounge area, while the numbers were put together. I was also considering a trade in of my 2002 Mustang, so one of the staff also ran numbers on what I might get for my car. I finally decided to lease and make the down payment, and would sell to a family member. The funny thing is that I kept asking if they were going to check my credit and I had my credit card out for the payment, but Domenic continued along as though they were certain that everything would be fine. I never got the 'well let's see if your credit checks out, before we go any further' line! I filled out the agreement paperwork with another associate, who had me sign everything and still didn't ask for the payment yet!! Domenic also took me into the service area, to set up my first appointment and meet the Service Team. I was shown where to come, and told what to do when I got there for my first service visit - very impressive! I drove my Rogue home that day, another first for me. ( I had always gone back to pick up my cars another day) All in all, it was the best visit to lease a car that I have ever had! Domenic was so delightful as were all of the other team and I will sing the praises of Admiral Nissan to everyone, every chance I get. More

When I went into Admiral Nissan I was immediately greeted by both the sales manager and the sales associate. I felt like I was taken great care of and given a great deal on my first new car purchase. Since it was my very first time purchasing a new car, I wanted to make sure that I would be treated right and not forced into buying something. Although this was my third trip to this dealer, I knew that I wanted to buy locally and Nissan has a great product.
