Overall Ron was pleasure to deal with, VERY friendly and was upfront about everything... From the moment I walked in the door I told Ron my bottom line price that I was willing to pay for a car and he promi was upfront about everything... He went right to the owner (Brad) who was also very enjoyable to deal with and they gave me a deal with an amount less then my bottom line price. The only thing I was unhappy with is the amount of time it took to clean the car and wait for the paperwork to be done, I spent over 5 hours waiting to get out of the dealership but other then that I am VERY happy with my BRAND new 2013 Nissan Murano. This dealer guaranteed me financing, in fact, let me drive the vehicle home after I signed a standard vehicle contract! Then, a week later, they try to tell me they cannot get me financed and I have to drive the vehicle home after I signed a standard vehicle contract! Then, a week later, they try to tell me they cannot get me financed and I have to bring my new car back, and FORFEIT the thousands of dollars I put down on it for reasons they claim as "their expenses in recovery"!!!!!!! THAT'S BULL CRAP! BEWARE OF THIS DEALER AND EVERY SINGLE PERSON EXCEPT FOR SERVICE THAT YOU DEAL WITH BECAUSE THEY WILL BE VERY NICE TO YOUR FACE AND BEHIND THE SCENES SCREW YOU OVER! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!! This dealer stole my money, overcharged me for my new car and then schemed to get the car back so they could sell it again AND make a profit on it through my hard-earned savings for the down payment plus whomever they sell it to next!!! It is rare to find a competitive business that works in conjunction with one another, demonstrating respect for one another equal to that of the customer. I bought a used 2005 Ford Escape which was just traded in by someone else. I asked the salesman can I take it on the highway during the test drive and he didn't want to. The keys were not available when I came the first time. I also told the salesman I wanted the car cleaned out upon buying, and his attitude was not pleasant. When I test drove the car there were no problems, however shortly after I bought the car, there were transmission problems which I had to spend $1700 o fix. I believe the salesman and dealership knew about this problem and didn't tell me. I car should have been priced at least $1,000 lower than what it was. They made me feel I was coming away with a steal and did not want to negotiaite in any way. More

My mom Santa Monti Miceli was so happy about the way Ron and Bob were able to help us. Admiral Nissan even had pizza for all their employees which was shared with the customers. In this recent lease he helped us find a vehicle (Nissan Sentra) that fit both our needs and our budget. We would definitely recommend him to others! Our new car is lovely and equipped with many options as well. We would also praise Bob Budzak who helped us with the financing of the car. He too was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Buying or leasing a vehicle through Admiral Nissan has always been a positive experience and we thank those who have made it so! I found Ron to be a very nice man who tried to work with us. We were trading in a car, and I don't care how good the condition of the car, you never get what you should when you trade. Ron brought in another gentleman who was the "heavy hitter" and although I was not totally satisfied with the price, my husband was and it will be his car. I would recommend this dealer and would tell anyone going there to ask for Ron to assist them. He has a lot of experience and he did not get upset with me when I sent him away 3 times to bring us a better deal. More
