The absolute worst service department I've been to. I was given an appointment time of 8:30 for a Saturday morning. When I was given this appointment I asked how long would the service take (just an o I was given an appointment time of 8:30 for a Saturday morning. When I was given this appointment I asked how long would the service take (just an oil change). I was told no more than one hour. I arrived five minutes early and stood at the service desk in the garage entrance about 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Eventually, I handed over my keys and went to the lounge area. I was told they "would come and get me when the car is ready". By 9:45 no one had come to get me or even update me so I went back out to the service desk. I asked how much longer for my car to be ready and I was told to wait. 10 minutes later I was told my car hasn't even been brought in. I took my keys and left. Nissan service is the worst ever. Love my Nissan? NOPE!!!!! More
I notice that the only good reviews are from New Car buyers. Anyone can sell a new car and make you happy. Pretty hard to screw that up! However, DO NOT buy used from this place. I bought a used Dodge and have nothing but hard times from them. They (their mechanics) installed stuff incorrectly in my vehicle and they don't want to have anything to do with it. I could have lost my entire engine and they still do nothing! Now I'm stuck with a outrageous payment and a vehicle that may not last as long as the finance term! And I'm stuck going to them for device because that's what the "extended service" contract states. A service contract that I was told I HAD to get and then later found out that that was a bold face LIE. They can NOT force you to do that. It's just been a major nightmare. And it's sad because I really love my truck:( People suck. More

I had an AMAZING experience purchasing a car at Admiral Nissan!! I would recommend it to ANYONE looking to purchase a new or used vehicle! I'm from NY, and spend the summer at the Jersey Shore--so, I went Nissan!! I would recommend it to ANYONE looking to purchase a new or used vehicle! I'm from NY, and spend the summer at the Jersey Shore--so, I went into Admiral simply to look at different car options, and get a sense of what I'm interested in (with the intention of waiting to purchase once I got back home in the fall). I was immediately struck by how warm, knowledgable, helpful the staff was at Admiral, and felt genuinely comfortable (and we all know how intimidating car shopping can be!) There was no pressure, and I felt like Woody Paisly really listened to what I was looking for, and helped me find exactly what I wanted, and found it within my budget!! (Ask for him when you go in--though everyone was really knowledgable and friendly. We loved our experience with him!) I was so happy with my experience, I couldn't imagine waiting to buy when I got home--and certainly wouldn't buy anywhere else! Thanks to everyone at Admiral for such a fabulous experience! More
Overall Ron was pleasure to deal with, VERY friendly and was upfront about everything... From the moment I walked in the door I told Ron my bottom line price that I was willing to pay for a car and he promi was upfront about everything... From the moment I walked in the door I told Ron my bottom line price that I was willing to pay for a car and he promised he would would work out the best deal for me since I was paying cash. He went right to the owner (Brad) who was also very enjoyable to deal with and they gave me a deal with an amount less then my bottom line price. The only thing I was unhappy with is the amount of time it took to clean the car and wait for the paperwork to be done, I spent over 5 hours waiting to get out of the dealership but other then that I am VERY happy with my BRAND new 2013 Nissan Murano. This dealer guaranteed me financing, in fact, let me drive the vehicle home after I signed a standard vehicle contract! Then, a week later, they try to tell me they cannot get me financed and I have to drive the vehicle home after I signed a standard vehicle contract! Then, a week later, they try to tell me they cannot get me financed and I have to bring my new car back, and FORFEIT the thousands of dollars I put down on it for reasons they claim as "their expenses in recovery"!!!!!!! THAT'S BULL CRAP! BEWARE OF THIS DEALER AND EVERY SINGLE PERSON EXCEPT FOR SERVICE THAT YOU DEAL WITH BECAUSE THEY WILL BE VERY NICE TO YOUR FACE AND BEHIND THE SCENES SCREW YOU OVER! AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!! This dealer stole my money, overcharged me for my new car and then schemed to get the car back so they could sell it again AND make a profit on it through my hard-earned savings for the down payment plus whomever they sell it to next!!! BEWARE!! WATCH OUT!!! More
