Tell us that we don't know what we are talking about that he's the one that knows everything and we must do what he says! Got up and left! It's a Shame Admiral is no more they had such a great friendly helpful staff. These new people are crooks and liars they don't honor there prices it's all a scam and if you come across Tommy T run don't walk! Who would ever put him anywhere near customers is a total idiot!!! I am so glad I didn't because Nissan Of Atlantic City not only got me approved but they got me 0%, that's right ZERO PERCENT! I drove my new Altima home the same day!!! Woody guided me through the process smoothly. The GM Tommy T even helped me decide what color. Dino in finance was a pleasure. Thanks to the staff at Nissan of Atlantic City for a flawless experience and reassuring my faith that buying a car doesn't have to be a miserable experience. More
Very bad communication I have contacted them for a used 2012 Honda CRV. Talked to them for almost a week via emails and phone calls before deciding to drive down. Until last I have contacted them for a used 2012 Honda CRV. Talked to them for almost a week via emails and phone calls before deciding to drive down. Until last day the sales person has been in contact with me confirming my appointment. When I finally make my trip down there, she wouldn't even come out and let me know that they have sold the vehicle that morning (what a coincidence, right?). She sends some other sales person to give this info. When I asked for her, the new sales man reply was "What's the point in talking to her? The car that you two have been discussing has been sold this morning. I'm here so lets find another car for you". What a waste for a 170 mile roundtrip when I could've been looking elsewhere for other cars. And a day later, I get an email from here saying "I hope you were satisfied with your visit and I answered all your questions. We want your business so please call me and we will find a car for you" Thanks but no thanks. I'm never even going to bother to look at their inventory or do business with them. More
Typical dealership I was always wary of buying from dealers and that is why I always purchased previous cars private party. But this time around I purchased a CPO 2014 I was always wary of buying from dealers and that is why I always purchased previous cars private party. But this time around I purchased a CPO 2014 370z from this dealership. They are great to talk to pre-sale but once the sale is over and you have follow up questions, good luck getting them to help. They promised me my CPO paperwork 2 days after the sale and 2 weeks went by with repeated calls and emails and I never received a reply. I had to get Nissan North America involved and they finally resolved the issue - what a coincidence. Horrible horrible horrible dealership. I wish I never gave them my business but the good thing is I discouraged one other person from buying a new car here and I'll continue to do so. Dealerships like this don't understand how important customer service is, especially AFTER the sale. More

My car was promised never returned in a timely manner. And my car being a 350Z, the service adviser did not even know that there was no glove box in this type of car. That should have told me not to keep going there. I have not returned there, nor will I ever go there again for anything. Recently I was contemplating purchasing another Z car, but not any more. Nissan of Atlantic City has lost my business forever. More
