Good Morning Mr. Kennedy, I was the woman that you spoke with on the phone. Yes, it did get ugly by the constant barrage of 4 letter words you used and name calling. Myself and the gentleman you spoke with work here in the Internet Sales department, and our phones have caller ID, not *69. We just wanted to be sure we didn't get disconnected and we could help you as best as possible. Here in the Internet Sales department, we work hand in hand with our salesmen here to schedule appointments and get their customers in for them. You, being in sales, should understand that some salesman have assistants that help them, essentially that's what we do here. However, we were unable to explain that to you because the "conversation turned ugly" as soon as you picked up the phone.
