LADIES BE AWARE! !!! Literally ,I just came (22 June, 15:45pm) form this Dealership, drove couple of the cars and when I asked for numbers my salesman called the mana !!! Literally ,I just came (22 June, 15:45pm) form this Dealership, drove couple of the cars and when I asked for numbers my salesman called the manager John (the big guy in pink shirt, sorry don't know his last name). So, John said that without my husband they can't tell me the numbers because I won't make a deal today. When I insisted him to give me at least a range of the price I will pay, he said "bring your husband he will understand what I'm talking about"!!!!!! He made it obvious that because I'm a lady they're not gonna talk to me. Listen, I'm not even talking about the deal, I asked for my options, I wanted to see the numbers and decide what to do next. So, do you think after this customer service I will want to make a deal?) I feel like this manager has forgot that it's 21st century and women have rights too and we can do some business without husbands. It's a shame, because I have my Rouge 2016 from this dealership and it seems like they don't appreciate their own customers who wants to stay with them and buy the other Nissan. P.S. In the waiting area I met a girl who said that she was treated the same way I was. So, ladies be aware! More

Calls were then made of threats, threatening they know where I live, police being involved, and this is all from a deal that they wrote up and a contract that was signed for the vehicle. The sales manager who runs the place was the biggest joke of everyone, making threats and false claims. Beware of this dude, complete asssh*le, and if your lucky your kids can grow up and be just like him (in his words). I had the car for 3 days and they wanted me to come back and re-negotiate, I dropped the car off and didnt step foot back in the showroom. Salesman was nice but beware of Tommy the loser of a Sales Manager. I am a car buyer and a car collector who buys many vehicles on a yearly basis and never treated this was in my life let alone at a car dealership. More

They defrauded me by purposely concealing that fact and told me it was never in an accident. They provided me with a clean Carfax report. The accident conveniently didn't show up on Carfax until a month after we purchased it. I brought this to management's attention recently, and initially it seemed like they were going to make things right...Well a month has gone by and they have been playing games and have canceled numerous appointments. BUYER BEWARE! More

key programming/oil change I went in there to get a spare keys for my Nissan frontier. The service reception said it will take to program it and make a new keys no longer then I went in there to get a spare keys for my Nissan frontier. The service reception said it will take to program it and make a new keys no longer then one hour. Also ask them to do oil change. After I was waiting for 3 and a half hours they approached me by telling that they have a problem and a car is in a lock mode and they can not start it . I explained them that I'm using my truck for construction work and I need it for next day. .Nothing changed , After I waited another hour (total 4.5 hours) they told me come back tomorrow, promised a discounted price. I came back a next day.. they gave me invoice with no discounts and asked me to pay in full. And I did .. Because I was already really tired fighting with them . My Advice: DO Not go there, They don know what they are doing. Also after the great service experience that I had,now car has grease on front seat and mats. Great Job Nissan, well done :) More

The operator sends you to the same voicemail that's full everyday. It's crazy. Truly unbelievable. I had problems getting this car because I was lied to. And I still ended up buying the car. Don't let my stupidity rub off on you. Just say no. The dealership is horrible as a whole. My wife wanted the Altima...I said NEVER! Please don't make the same mistake I did. More

Manager tells me everyone pays dealer prep. I tell him the bad news that I WILL NOT ! Another manger(Emanuel) says he can make the dealer prep disappear & I ask him to please explain the other 3 fees.Manager offers 4% interest rate on loan which was actually 7% when I checked. A few days later Mike Henry calls me & tells me he can make TLP disappear. I don't hear from them for 2 weeks than I receive an email which I answer immediately. They reply & ask me to send a copy of the deal they offered which I do but I let them know that I will NOT come back to dealership without a emailed deal in writing. Mike Henry calls me tells me they are willing to remove TLP BUT they had a computer glitch & the vehicle was priced wrong by $900. I tell Mike if I made a deal & said I have decided to give them $900 less would they still sell me the car. I give him 48 hours to call me ,make the deal or don't waste my time. GET EVERYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP IN WRITING !! More
