So I went back last night to shop for a new SUV for Michele my wife. Again the most amazing car buying experience . Nick Mackeller again took great care of the deal alongside of Vitor Ramirez another professional and gentlemen. Of course Bishoy came into play and again great, but this time the general manager of the dealership introduced himself to me and explained a snag with Nissan because I just purchased one two days prior. The GM said he would work on it and he did . Needless to say Michele was getting her new truck,but she was home with strep throat. So they went to her they actually went above and beyond what a dealership should do . Impressive! So again thank you NICK,VICTOR,BISHOY,AND THE GM(sorry I forgot your name) More
Rude! + No Return Call, No follow Up as Promised Test drove a 2016 Maxima. Advised the salesman (John Summer) that I wanted it in black/black with Midnight package, wanted a 2016 and would BUY it as Test drove a 2016 Maxima. Advised the salesman (John Summer) that I wanted it in black/black with Midnight package, wanted a 2016 and would BUY it as soon as he found it on his vehicle search. Salesman (John) called me the Next Day to "Just" to tell me he found the vehicle on a search, I asked where is it was, he said "I dont know but I can get it". I said OK, how much are you asking for it, he said "I'll have to talk to my manager and call you back". I NEVER heard from him again...this happened (Monday) November 21, 2016. Note: After agreeing to schedule a test drive, the salesman (John Summer) gets his manager (Bishoy Youssef) who comes out shakes my hand and says You like this car? I said yes then he says "You cant buy this one because this one is mine"..... I said OK no problem. After test driving the car the next day the same manager (Bishoy) asks me "Did you like it?" I said Yes I'd like to get one...he said "Ok, but you can buy this one because this one is mine" Again I said I assure I wont.... I wont even look at it, he said "Good! don't look at it"....... This was what I suppose was his sense of humor or ignorance. More

Buyer Beware!!! If you are in the market for a pre-owned vehicle just a word to the wise at this dealership don't waste your time!! The sticker price that is listed is several thousand dollars lower then what they want for it. After you take your time to look and test drive a car, they come in with the real price!! They added $2000 to the sticker price for what they call a prep charge!! Never in my life have I had a dealership start going up in price versus down on the sticker price. It's a shady wat to do business as best!! The sales manager was extremely rude! He is the type of person that gives sales people a bad name, and his name is Bishoy. Absolutely horrible experience!! :((((( Our salesmen Ray was awesome though and I felt bad for wasting his time also. What a crappy way to do business! I would have never wasted his time looking at the car if they would have put the real price on it. More

The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I bought a 2013 Nissan Sentra SV and the transmission blew out 4 days later leaving myself, my children, n fiance in a horrible situation where a MAC I bought a 2013 Nissan Sentra SV and the transmission blew out 4 days later leaving myself, my children, n fiance in a horrible situation where a MAC truck almost killed us because the car just died in which the truck almost hit us from behind while on a highway. After finally getting it the dealership, they said they would fix it with a new transmission. In the mean time, they gave a rental, but took two weeks to fix the issue. While waiting I was so furious that I called corporate n they asked "well what do you want us to do about it?" in which I replied that I wanted a replacement because I do it feel safe driving this car. The end result was corporate nor the dealership cooperated with our request n we are stuck with this car!!!!! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! As a side note the only star I would give would be for our salesman Zach, but to the contrary the sales manager Bishoy was the worst person I have ever dealt with!! More

I brought the car back on a Saturday and was told by dalton they were trying to get me another deal at which time I told them I was done, I don't want another deal, here is ur car just give me my old car back and my down payment. At which time they tried to tell me they couldn't take the car back without papers from the bank. I stayed that the loan was kicked back to them, at which time I was asked how I knew that and I told him the bank and ur finance person. He left and came back and stated we are trying to go through another bank, AGAIN I informed he I was done that I don't want another deal, I just want my car and down payment. I was then informed that they no longer had my car. So now what was I suppose to do? He continued to try and pressure me into another deal for the whole next week each time I told him no. This went on on Monday and Tuesday, Wednesday I called 3-4 times with no return call the first couple times. Finally he calls me back and says that I need to come in and bring the card I used to pay the down payment and they would refund that. I then asked what about car? He said that he would give me the money for that which was $2000 as stated on the contract. I go in on Thursday and speak to another manager who finally refunds the amount I put down not including the trade. I ask about that and I'm told well I need to speak to dalton about that because this was the first time hearing of my situation (this was supposedly daltons manager) which tells me Dalton had been blowing me off the entire week, trying to pressure me into another deal or just make me go away. This manager assures me hi will call me in the morning and let me know what is going on, needless to say I call at 1:40 pm leave a message, no call back finally I call at 2:40 and still the managers weren't available this time I left a message stating that I will call corporate if I did not receive a call back by 3:30. At 3:25 I received a call from the manager stating they will only give me $500. I said $500? The contract says $2000, he then tells me that includes rebates.... My car was worth more than $500 and technically that car was not yours to sell until the deal was completed and funded by the bank. Once you are not buying a car from them you don't matter and are not helpful at all if there are problems. I really wish that I had read these reviews before I went in because I would have never made it there in the first place. Ray is great, so if you still do go there please ask for him. That's the only reason I gave them any stars at all. More
Beyond ecstatic When I walked into Nissan of Atlantic City, I was very doubtful that I would be able to get out of the horrible 16% interest rate that Team Nissan had When I walked into Nissan of Atlantic City, I was very doubtful that I would be able to get out of the horrible 16% interest rate that Team Nissan had me in on a base model 2014 Versa. I can honestly say that after spending three days and numerous hours with my salesman Hunter Richardson, I was able to walk out in a brand new 2016 (1 mile on record) Sentra SV. Hunter is one salesman who treats you like a person and not just a "paycheck" I have sent several friends to the dealership and have had the same caring, and honest experience as I have. If you are looking to get a new vehicle or get out of the clunker you are in now, please by all means take the time, visit Nissan of Atlantic City, and ask for Hunter Richardson. I have never been so happy with a sale in my life. More
Terrible Place to do Business! Stay AWAY Nissan was once ADMIRAL. We bought 2 vehicles at Admiral and went back for our 3rd. WHAT A MISTAKE that was. This new management is horrible, disrespectful, shady and has very poor business ethics. We were bullied received many threatening phone calls. Need to return new car or we NISSAN will report it stolen to police. Our situation WAS POORLY HANDLED and NO MANAGEMENT was there to discuss it with upon returning the car. They threatened to call the cops on us so many times we had the police with us at the dealership. MY ADVICE STAY AWAY GO TO ANOTHER DEALER SHIP . More
