Bad service from the beginning. I called Rachel like 5 times, she never responded I had to go in person.. They changed the wrong part and I Pay 1,000.00 then I had to pay another 1,0 I called Rachel like 5 times, she never responded I had to go in person.. WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!! 11/6/17: AND MY CAR BROKE DOWN AGAIN!!!! AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED YOU CAN KEEP THE CAR!!! THIS IS THE 4TH TIME MY CAR HAS BEEN IN FOR REPAIR AND I HAVE 11/6/17: AND MY CAR BROKE DOWN AGAIN!!!! AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED YOU CAN KEEP THE CAR!!! THIS IS THE 4TH TIME MY CAR HAS BEEN IN FOR REPAIR AND I HAVE ONLY HAD THIS CAR FOR ONE YEAR!! I CALLED THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND AGAIN MANAGEMENT HAS CHANGED!!!! THIS IS NOW THE 3RD SERVICE MANAGER I'VE HAD TO DEAL WITH IN ONE YEAR!!! THIS DEALERSHIP IS ABSOLUTELY THE PITS!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ADMIRAL NISSAN IN EHT TO MY WORST ENEMY!!! I'M NOW REPORTING EVERYTHING TO EVERY NEWS CHANNEL. I'M CONTACTING THE BBB AND GETTING A LAWYER!!! THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS!!! MY LIFE AND MY CHILDREN'S LIVES WERE PUT AT RISK AGAIN BECAUSE THE CAR JUST STOPPED RUNNING IN THE MIDDLE OF A HUGE INTERSECTION JUST LIKE IT HAD DONE 3 TIMES 2 DAYS AFTER BUYING THE CAR ONE YEAR AGO!!! 8/24/17: This dealership is the worst dealership EVER!!! I bought my car about 9 months ago, Oct 29, 2016, and three days later the transmission blew on the car. It took 2 weeks to fix, and when we finally got the car back, while driving on the expressway, the tire almost fell off. We went back to the dealership, and I received a phone call asking me who changed the breaks on the car. I responded by saying I only had the car for two days and your dealership has had it the rest of the time. I was told that they will get to the bottom of it and call me back. I received a phone call back stating that their guys "forgot" to torque the bolts on the tire. Because of all of this aggravation, and me believing the car was no longer safe, I contacted Nissan corporate stating that I did not feel that this car was safe and I no longer wanted the car. I was told there was nothing I could do and I had to keep the car. The only thing the dealership offered was oil changes for the life of the car. Also, I was told by the service manager that this car, which I was told was a certified pre-owned by salesman Zach, never went through the proper, however many, point inspection that it was supposed to go through before being sold. The same service manager also said, within the same sentence, that the car was never to be sold without going through that thorough inspection. Since then I have had to use my roadside assistance five times due to the car not running right, or because of the "safety" features the car has (it automatically locks after one minute after unlocking the car and there being no activity). Now, on 8/24/17, my boyfriend tried to start the car to go run some errands, and the car would not start. There is a light on the dash (red car w/ a key inside of it) that we had never seen before. After looking up what this light meant, we found out that, for some reason, the car went into lockdown mode. I contacted the dealership on 8/25/17 and they said well find a way to get it here. I explained that the car will not start, but all the lights, radio, and everything else works, but the car just won't turn on. The dealership said well there's nothing I can tell you except to find a way to get it here. I, again, had to use my roadside assistance to get it towed to the dealership. The dealership informed me that they would call me to let me know what's going on. The tow company got it there this morning, and it is now 4pm, and I haven't heard anything. I called the dealership and the man said didn't I talk to you earlier. I don't have the keys and the car isn't here. I explained to the man that I dropped the keys off around 10am and the car was towed there and dropped off around 10:30am. The man said well we'll get to it when we can. I asked if it will be some time today because this car is our only car. The guy told me I told you we will get to it when we can. It could be today, or tomorrow, I cannot give you an answer. I have had nothing but problems with this dealership and their customer service. They are horrible and I will NEVER recommend this dealership to even my worst enemy!!! More

He is highly personable and although a relatively new representative, did a good job at explaining the features and benefits of the used car I had an interest in.
