She gave us a tour of the facility explained everything, introduced us to the Service Manager showed us the new service Dept. and waiting area, the place was spotless and everyone was friendly Matt Blatt even stopped and introduced himself. Suzette set up our phones to work hands free with the new system, took the time to show us how everything worked and set up our first service appointment. We were there on a Saturday afternoon and didn't expect to be leaving with a car, Suzette stayed late to complete the transaction and all went very smooth, she didn't miss a thing ! More

Bad Business Deal I have been buying cars for 40 years and this is the worst deal ever. I made the deal sent them all the information they needed, scheduled to pick it I have been buying cars for 40 years and this is the worst deal ever. I made the deal sent them all the information they needed, scheduled to pick it up in the morning with the salesman, then i get a call that night from the manager at about 945 saying they sold the truck tonight. I sent them a copy of the certified check made out to them. Bad Deal. More
Pushy I understand that it is a sales person's job to make a sale, but my particular sales person was too pushy. It completely turned me off to the idea of I understand that it is a sales person's job to make a sale, but my particular sales person was too pushy. This person constantly texted me, called me, left me voicemails, emails, even made it his business to send me a handwritten letter to my house. He also had other managers do that same. It was very annoying. Although it was an annoying experience and ended up not doing business with them, they did try their best to keep pricing reasonable for me. More

I was so pleased by Jim my salesperson. Not a phony. Jim made my situation of having to make a purchase a comfortable time. I have been in other car buying times with a sales person that I could not and Jim made my situation of having to make a purchase a comfortable time. I have been in other car buying times with a sales person that I could not and would not feel the trust Jim made me feel. He made the answers to each guestion understanable. I do intend to pass his card to others. This is my second KIA. My last one a 2002. So I am happy with Jim and KIA. Thanks More
