However, there were issues that needed to be fixed with the car, one of which was identified at the time of purchase. The dealer said they would cover the cost. There also ended up being issues that failed inspection. The dealer again said they'd cover the cost, and to send the invoice to the service department. Since then I haven't heard back from anyone, after reaching out by phone, voicemail, and text. The 60 day warranty that they give you at the time of purchase is nothing but a piece of paper. Be careful if purchasing a used car from this dealer. More

He was very considerate and patient and really listened to what we were looking for and didn’t try to pressure us into getting something we didn’t want. My daughter and I still love the cars we chose and we both agree Marcus is a cut above the rest!!! More

Tuesday October 5th I had my 2014 Mittsubishi Outlander towed to Matt Blatt Mitsubishi in Glassboro because my car broke down due to a broken pully. I called the next day to find out what the price for re towed to Matt Blatt Mitsubishi in Glassboro because my car broke down due to a broken pully. I called the next day to find out what the price for repair would be and Greg started out by telling me I would need a new alternator and belt. I said ok so how much? He said but first, your vehicle also is due for service and I told him my car was there just a few months for maintenance and I paid over $500.00. He checked the records and said "oh yes so you still need new spark plugs, the battery charged and a protectant coating. I said ok so how much he said it would be $1,100.00 for the alternator and belt and $200.00 for the Spark Plugs and coating. I declined the service because it was unreasonably priced. I then told Greg I am going to have my car towed out of there because I cannot afford the service fee. He said I owe them a diagnostic fee of $165.00. I understand that a diagnostic fee would be required. However, I never dreamed it would be $165.00. The problem my vehicle had was obvious to the naked eye and did not need to be put on any diagnostic machine nor would it have taken more than 5 minutes of a mechanics time to see what was wrong. I am completely turned off by Matt Blatt Mittsubishi. First, Greg sounded like a salesman not a serviceman. I never asked him to check anything else out so I didnt need to hear that my vehicle needed more service. I paid the $165.00 to get my vehicle out of there. I will never go back to them again and I will probably never buy a Mittsubishi again. The service here is poor and the prices are inflated to the max. A diagnostic test for an obvious problem shouldn't cost $165.00. You took advantage of me. More
I want to express my appreciation to Matt Blatt in Glassboro, especially to my salesman Doug Priestley. The manner in which he dealt with me throughout my buying experience was exemplary. This was my Glassboro, especially to my salesman Doug Priestley. The manner in which he dealt with me throughout my buying experience was exemplary. This was my first car-buying experience and I never thought it would go so smoothly for me. Doug's service, attention to detail, responsiveness, etc., were simply outstanding. He represented Matt Blatt in such a way that it seemed the entire team was working exclusively for us. I couldn't be more pleased. More
Do Not Shop Here. The Matt Blatt website uses Kelley Blue Book as the standard for valuing both the dealership's vehicles and for estimating your trade-in. The Matt Blatt website also uses loan calcula Blue Book as the standard for valuing both the dealership's vehicles and for estimating your trade-in. The Matt Blatt website also uses loan calculator software that uses Kelley Blue Book as the standard for valuing trade-ins. When you are interested in purchasing a vehicle, Matt Blatt insists you bring your vehicle in to be "evaluated" by them, and low and behold, Kelley Blue Book is not the standard by which they value your trade-in. Frank (the manager) insisted that regardless of what KBB from Matt Blatt's website stated, my trade-in was only worth 25% of what Matt Blatt's website via Kelley Blue Book said it was worth. This is, at best, poor business practice and at worst outright deceptive, false advertising, and a bait-and-switch. Avoid Matt Blatt, and find a dealership that is willing to deal with you fairly.
