I didn’t get a welcome when I enter the service department the service representative said “ How can I help you and can you stand in front of the wall . I had to wait over three hours to get my car fix, when my car was returned to me it was making noise and my car was shaken. I made an appointment for an oil change I arrived on time and was told there was 1 person doing oil changes and he was finishing one car and them there was one more ahead of me and that would take 2 hours. and was told there was 1 person doing oil changes and he was finishing one car and them there was one more ahead of me and that would take 2 hours.
