Family Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram service department is trash. I was told by my sales rep that it was a recall on my vehicle. These guys kept my car for a week for an engine light. Told me I needed a oil pump. Charged me 1850 for that. Then 2 weeks later engine light came back on. I took it back in. Now I am waiting again.
