I was greeted by a salesmen, Justin, as soon as I stepped foot on the dealership parking lot. I told him that I was interested in purchasing a pickup truck and he did the rest! Family Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram service department is trash. I was told by my sales rep that it was a recall on my vehicle.
