I went into this dealership to lease a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Rasool Phillips did everything in his power to make me satified as a customer and I am happy to report I am back in the Jeep which is my fa Cherokee. Thanks to the "FAMILY" I'm riding around town in my dream car. I've wanted the Chrysler 200 since I saw the first commercial; however, didn't think it was the right time to make a new car pur in my dream car. Concerns over down payment, credit score, and monthly payments kept me from inquiring until Mr. Phillips told me that I'll never know what is possible until I try. Taking that advice into consideration I went online and submitted a loan application via the Family website. The rest is still a blur - I got an instant approval, a call from Mr. Phillips within a half hour asking information on my trade in, and a second call about a half hour later asking if I could come in that night to sign the papers for my new car. Once I arrived at the dealership every step was simple and well co ordinated. The vehicle inspection, test drive, and trade in appraisal were done within an hour - the financial specifics were well explained (and to my surprise my payments are exactly where I wanted them) Every one of the "FAMILY" members were friendly and attentive. I've been stopped several times since purchasing my black Chrysler 200 with beige and black interior - after allowing them to take a peek, I gave them the name and number to contact THE FAMILY.............. At Family Chrysler They are very rude,ignorant, and not very helpful in the service department…They care when they want to sell you something but when its time to fix something covered by warranty they don very helpful in the service department…They care when they want to sell you something but when its time to fix something covered by warranty they don’t give you any answers they are no help and they are rude!!! They have had my car for almost 3 months WILL NOT give me a rental…have not even apologized for the inconvenience…I will NEVER buy a car from there and will NEVERRR take my car there to be fixed…I will NEVER buy a chrysler again because chrysler wasnt any help at all…They have had my car all summer…thanks for ruining my summer More
