At Family Chrysler They are very rude,ignorant, and not very helpful in the service department…They care when they want to sell you something but when its time to fix something covered by warranty they don very helpful in the service department…They care when they want to sell you something but when its time to fix something covered by warranty they don’t give you any answers they are no help and they are rude!!!
