Had dealt with this salesman previously. He is knowledgeable, professional, & friendly. Made an excellent deal on a pre-owned minivan to replace one that was wrecked in an accident that was purcha knowledgeable, professional, & friendly. We had the very best and easyest transation we ever had a Family than any other dealer. I ask for a price on the internet the night before and Kimberly Robinson gave me a very good price on a 2014 Grand Cher Family than any other dealer. I ask for a price on the internet the night before and Kimberly Robinson gave me a very good price on a 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland Jeep. The next day we went to Family and Nashay Kenneth greeted us ask us what we were looking to purchace and we told her, she showed us the red Overland then took us inside the dealership as it was very hot out that day. We told her we had a internet price and Nashay said "Yes we will give it to you for that price". They also gave us a good price for our 2010 JGC. We said deal and this was the very easyest deal we ever made1 We signed the paperwork out and by the time we were done the Jeep was washed and tagged and ready to go. Don't think we we didn't know our prices, we spent 2 days at one local dealer and maney phone calls and came out displeased and no car. We spent many e-mails many phone calls and a visit to a NJ dealer again Bad experiance. They did not hold good on thier price, plus they were told not to drill holes for the front plate as we are fro PA.and they drilled them anyway! Believe it or not on 2 of them. They did it on the both Jeeps that had the same colors and powers. So thanks Family For Making us Happy New new owners of our 2014 Grand Cherokee Overland Jeep. Bill K. More

They overcharged me for my Jeep, then admitted that they did, and instead of issuing a check for the amount that they overcharged me, they gave me an extremely limited service contract for "compensation". S did, and instead of issuing a check for the amount that they overcharged me, they gave me an extremely limited service contract for "compensation". So essentially they kept my money that they overcharged me, and gave me a service contract instead that I wouldn't have purchased from them given the option. They forced me to have this contract instead of giving me my money back. I have traded the Jeep in for a Dodge, and now they are saying that the service contract, that still has $1100 worth of service on it, is now void. They never told me that it would be void. They kept my money, and wont refund me for what wasn't used. They shouldn't have overcharged me in the first place. Now they have my money because they were sneaky and I'm out $1100. Now after months of trying to get someone to help me and being flat out told that they simply will not respond to me anymore (justifying ignoring me), I'm filing a suit against them in small claims court. I wish I never stepped foot in this place. They cheat you out of money, and then they ignore you. Do not do business with these people, they are crooks!! More

I love Family Jeep! From the moment I walked in the door I was treated like family and not at all like a "target" for a new sale. I came to the dealership to inquire about trading in my 2012 Challenger SE for a 2013 Challenger R/T for my wife. I have purchased my last 5 vehicles at Family Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Philadelphia Airport 2012 Challenger SE for a 2013 Challenger R/T for my wife. I have purchased my last 5 vehicles at Family Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Philadelphia Airport Automall. 4 of which were from Tim Barlow. After going over the numbers and getting a good deal, we also looked into trading my 2012 Charger SXT Plus for a 2013 Charger R/T Plus. Tim knows me and said I would be back later to trade it in after hearing my wife's car every morning. He worked out a great deal where I walked out of the dealership with 2 new R/T's, a low interest rate, and a $20-$30 increase to the monthly payments. Both my wife and I are extremely pleased with our new 2013 Charger and Challenger R/T's. I would recommend anyone to purchcase their vehicles from Family Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM Philadelphia Airport Automall and ask for Tim Barlow. More

I never write reviews unless they are negative but she was too good to not at least recognize her and thank her in my own little way. I first went in there on a Saturday and Tom Hartman was very helpful with showing me the different Jeeps available. I wanted to go to a few other places to shop around but that was probably not even necess very helpful with showing me the different Jeeps available. I wanted to go to a few other places to shop around but that was probably not even necessary! The other places I went to did not seem very welcoming and weren't being upfront like Tom was. I called a few days later to ask about warranty on a specific Jeep and Amanda was very nice, helpful and prompt in answering any questions I had. The day after that I spoke to Tom and decided I had to go back in to check out what cars they had available and there was one Jeep that seemed like it was in great condition and was a good price. I decided to get it because I trusted this dealership and the people that worked there- specifically Tom Hartman. I am very happy with my purchase and it has been driving great! Tom even answered all my follow up questions I had about the car which is going above and beyond. I would definitely go back to this Dealership and recommend it to all my friends and family!
