My wife and I had been to several dealerships looking for a Jeep. Those experiences left us exhausted. Tom and his colleagues at Family Jeep were pleasant to work with. I didn't feel like there was too mu a Jeep. Those experiences left us exhausted. Tom and his colleagues at Family Jeep were pleasant to work with. From start to finish I felt completely comfortable with the staff, and confident they would be able to get me the best deal available. I was not disappointed. The folks at Family Dodge went above and bey the staff, and confident they would be able to get me the best deal available. I was not disappointed. The folks at Family Dodge went above and beyond. My co buyer was injured the weekend we were supposed to look are our cars. When we arrived on Monday morning several members of the staff new his name, and inquired how he was doing. I could not be happier with my purchase, or my experience. I will definitely do business with them again, and will recommend them to friends and Family that are looking for a great deal on a great car. More

The salesman Tom Hartman Jr. wasn't pushy nor did he try and haggle me, he actually came back with a lower price than talked about. The service I received was awesome and I will definitely recommend thi try and haggle me, he actually came back with a lower price than talked about. I went to 2 other Dodge dealerships that same day and the 2 previous dealerships did everything I hate: Haggle, Lie, xx and the folks at family dodge were amazing, NO xx, didn't lie and no haggling!! As always, I was very pleased with service at Family Chrysler and Jeep. When I walk into the dealership, any time, I feel like my business matters. I really wasn't planning on trading my car in, but T Chrysler and Jeep. When I walk into the dealership, any time, I feel like my business matters. I really wasn't planning on trading my car in, but Tom was persistent with keeping me updated and showing interest in me in just coming down to at least check out what they had to offer, but he wasn't too pushy. After being indecisive at first, I decided to go home and think about it and then called back and said I would trade in. I got down there within an hour of closing on a Friday night and they had everythign pretty much ready for me and had me in and out in no time. Although I loved my previous Jeep, which wasn't that old, I traded in for a newer model at lower payments and now a proud owner of a 2014 jeep. Family Chrysler really takes care of their loyal customers. More
