I walked in & told Pat Medora exactly what I was looking for & the next day he found 4 to choose from. Great price, nice discount & a surprisingly fair trade-in value for my old Jeep that I purchased there 22 years ago! And they got me a much lower finance rate than my own bank. Pat Medora was tenacious & patient in finding me my car & one of the nicest people I've ever met! I would also like to thank Greg, Amanda & Frank for the "special" attention they gave me. Jeep Wrangler Unlimited: Tom Hartman & Amanda Gentile My service experience at Family was exceptional. Initially, I reached out to Amanda (Internet sales) inquiring about a Willy's Wheeler. She was extrem My service experience at Family was exceptional. Initially, I reached out to Amanda (Internet sales) inquiring about a Willy's Wheeler. She was extremely responsive, going above and beyond by locating one in Virginia. It turned out that specific Jeep was no longer available by the time I arrived at Family, however another Wrangler (Altitude) just hit the lot a day prior. Tom walked me through the features of the Altitude addressing every question/concern I had. At no point did I feel persuaded or pressured into making a decision I would later regret. The price of the Wrangler Tom worked with me on, in addition to giving a very generous offer for my trade-in. My excellent service then carried over to the finance department. German was thorough while providing my paperwork but also efficient. More

Wonderful experience I had been thinking of buying a car for awhile and had done a lot of research on the new jeep cherokee. Last week I decided to drive down to Family Au I had been thinking of buying a car for awhile and had done a lot of research on the new jeep cherokee. Last week I decided to drive down to Family Autos after talking to Amanda over the internet. When I got there, I met with Frank and Pat who were so incredibly kind and helpful during the whole process. Everything went as expected - they answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything. It was the most enjoyable car buying expierience I have ever had and I drove off with a new car in no time! I can confidently say they have a customer for life! More
