This is my first time leasing with Jeep as I had previously leased with Honda for 6 years. They were incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I have done my research and visited with several PA Jeep, Acura and Cadillac dealers in Lansdale, Jenkintown, Doylestown, Horsham, Norristown and Downingtown over the last few weeks and none of these places compared to the outstanding customer service and deal I received at Family Jeep. I literally live .3 miles from Lansdale Jeep and drove over an hour to make the deal at Family Jeep. Family Jeep went above and beyond to meet my needs. They were welcoming, attentive, polite, professional and honest. I truly felt like “family” from the second I called to inquire about the Jeep. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by the entire staff. They were all so welcoming. I felt like I knew them for years! During the purchasing process, there were no surprises and it was very efficient! Hilda is great! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. I am so grateful that Ron took my call that day and that he and Dave wasted no time in getting me the deal I wanted. Ron also took the time to call my insurance company, teach me how to navigate the Jeep functions and check in with me days after I made the purchase. Dave, Hilda and Ron make the Jeep brand!
